Fees vary according to individual circumstances, and we will agree our fees with you before we undertake any chargeable work. We typically charge 0.5% of the loan amount. For example, on a loan of £250,000 we would charge £1,250. Our minimum fee is £499.00. We will also be paid by commission from the lender.
